Wellness Walk!
Immerse yourself in nature and get your steps in before the 2026 Wellness Expo. The one-hour guided walk, led by Saratoga PLAN’s experienced naturalists, offers a unique chance to explore the beauty of Saratoga Spa State Park. Late spring is a great season to discover the park’s flora and fauna while reconnecting with the land and like-minded business owners. A relaxing way to kickoff the expo, we hope you will join us.
Please wear sturdy, closed toe shoes, and bring water.
