Clear Choice Beef is backed by 6-generations of successful farming experience. Born and raised in the Saratoga region, our owners are proud to offer our community a local source of protein they've never had. We are proud to take care of every aspect ourselves- from the seed that gets planted in the ground, to the finished product that you get to take home. All done by our owners, in the same place for the last 150 years.
