Looking for a change of scenery? How about a hole in the ground? We’re on the hunt for a motivated full-time laborer and pump truck trainee ready to dive (figuratively… mostly) into the world of septic system installation and general excavation. You’ll assist our pump truck driver with regular maintenance stops and inspections, and lend a hand—or shovel—wherever the dirt takes us.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Mastering the fine art of the shovel, rake, and grade rod.
• Operating a skidsteer (bonus points for flair, but we’ll settle for precision).
• Assisting with septic system installs and general excavation work.
• Supporting the pump truck driver during maintenance stops and system inspections.
• Occasionally standing in a hole (yes, really — sturdy boots highly recommended).
• Showing up ready to work outdoors, rain or shine.
The Serious Stuff:
• Full-Time Position with consistent hours.
• Starting pay: $23/hour, with final rate based on experience.
• 401(k) with company match — because we’re thinking about your future too.
• Referral Bonus Program — good people know good people. Bring them along and get rewarded.
• Flexible hours — no mandatory weekends or holidays.
• Opportunities for training, advancement, and additional certifications.
What We’re Looking For:
• Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to handle basic tools of the trade: shovel, rake, grade rod, skidsteer.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable working in and around excavation sites — and yes, sometimes in the hole.
