Woven Placemats, Table Runners, Hot Pads or Coasters w/Caroline Dvorak.#929-0403

Students will have the opportunity to make a variety of small woven projects using fabric remnants. Placemats, table runners, hot pads and coasters can be woven using the same basic technique we use in the 'Rags to Rugs' class. You can mix and match your projects. Perhaps you want a set of placemats, or maybe a runner and a few matching hot pads. The class will start by examining and discussing finished projects, then you'll plan your own project and weave it on the pre-dressed looms with pre-cut fabric. You will leave the class with your own handmade colorful, functional and durable items.
