The Wind-Chill Factory & Mini-Golf Ribbon Cutting

Join the Saratoga County Chamber in welcoming The Wind-Chill Factory and Mini-Golf with their grand opening ribbon cutting on April 14th!  They are open for business at 11am, shortly after our cutting and celebration!

The Wind-Chill Factory & Mini Golf will have all the staples that everyone loves— top-quality food, the best soft serve, along with hard ice cream and the biggest addition of all — a newly renovated 18 hole Mini Golf Course to be complete this May!
 
Owners Brandon and Keely Whalen are excited to be opening a second Wind-Chill location - the first being a favorite in Ticonderoga, NY for the past 26 years.
