The Trojan Women, Suzuki Company of Toga Japan, A Stewart’s Signature Event

Celebrated Japanese Director Tadashi Suzuki returns to the US with his renowned Suzuki Company of Toga, Japan to present The Trojan Women. For this production, Mr. Suzuki marries this pinnacle of the Greek tragedies with the classical Japanese form of Kabuki and Noh and transforms Euripides into a contemporary Japanese author. SCOT Company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2015 and has performed in 84 cities and 34 countries world-wide. Founder Tadashi Suzuki is the founder of Japan’s first international theater festival (Toga) and the creator of the Suzuki Method of Actor Training.
