Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon and Whiskey Dinner

The Bourbon everyone wants, but no one can get until now.  On March 24th Boca Bistro will host an Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon and Whiskey Event. This one-time event will showcase three extremely rare Old Rip Van Winkle brand Kentucky Bourbons. Four generations of Van Winkles have been producing the finest bourbons available for almost 120 years. Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon is often regarded as one of the finest bourbons in the world, and is rare to find on the market due to its very low production and high demand. Like all modern bourbons, Van Winkle bourbons are made primarily from corn and aged in charred new oak barrels. A distinguishing feature of Van Winkle bourbons is their use of wheat as the secondary ingredient instead of the usual rye, and their additional inclusion of barley malt.
