Northern Lights Dance Party

Presented by Universal Preservation Hall and Soul Session Edu-tainment, Inc. Entertainer and local celebrity Garland Nelson will be the featured DJ for the Northern Lights Dance Party. This all ages, family-friendly event will serve as a fundraiser for AIM Services, Inc. Garland Nelson is the lead singer and front man for the well-known band, Soul Session. His amazing voice and musical talent allows him to easily cross the line from performing his own original music to covering contemporary and classic favorite songs. Garland regularly volunteers his services as an emcee for gala fundraisers and community events and is equally as popular as a local DJ. “Universal Preservation Hall is delighted to collaborate with AIM Services for this family–friendly dance party! The proceeds will benefit the wonderful services they provide in our community. Garland Nelson will be our DJ spinning the tunes and delighting all with a fantastic light show! The party will appeal to all ages and we hope the community comes out to have fun and support AIM Services!” says Teddy Foster, Campaign Director for Universal Preservation Hall. Tickets will be available at the door for $5 with all proceeds going to AIM Services, Inc. Guests are encouraged to dress in layers as the event is being held upstairs the building’s unheated Great Hall. We are sorry the event is not handicap-accessible.
