This introduction course exposes participants to REAL LIFE safety scenarios, how to notice immanent threaths and how to "avoid" a tragic outcome altogether. The instructors will show the particpiants simple techniques that are effective in real-life situations.No "black belt" ability requried. This course is appropriate for ages 10 and up.
