International Waffle Day at Iron Roost!

Saturday, March 25th is International Waffle Day! Join us from 7-2pm at Iron Roost, 36 Front Street in Ballston Spa to celebrate. Enjoy a FREE mini-liège waffle with your meal. Our signature liège waffle is a dough-based pastry waffle that features cinnamon and chunks of pearl sugar. By nature it's a crispier, denser, sweeter waffle - the perfect treat to finish your meal.
