Satisfy your sweet tooth with Herbal Electuaries and Truffles! Learn how easy and fun it is to combine simple pantry ingredients with wildcrafted herbs to make candies that are both delicious and nutritious. We'll discuss the health benefits of each of our ingredients and then the aprons will go on! In this course, you will learn how to make a basic Herbal Electuary, and two herbal truffles (yes, chocolate!) This will serve as the inspiration from which you will make & take your own delights.

NOTE:  We will be using nut products during this course. Please bring your own apron for class.
