#healthysaratoga Workplace Wellness Breakfast

The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, along with Presenting Sponsors, Adirondack Trust Company and BlueShield of Northeastern New York, will team up with Healthy Living Market & Cafe for the #healthysaratoga Health & Wellness Breakfast. Registration & breakfast will run from 7:30 to 8 a.m. and will be followed by the program from 8 to 9 a.m. During the program, you will have the opportunity to visit various stations to learn more about ways to incorporate healthy practices into your everyday life.
