HEALTHY KIDS DAY

Saratoga Regional YMCA Invites Families to YMCA's Healthy Kids Day®, April 30 Saratoga Springs, March 16, 2016 ' On Saturday, April 30, from 10 AM to 2 PM, the Saratoga Regional YMCA is holding a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active. Saratoga Regional YMCA's Healthy Kids Day is the Y's national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families, and features activities such as a Kids Fun Run, brain buster games, bounce houses, a rock wall and more to motivate and teach families how to develop healthy routines at home. The Kids Fun Run is for children of all ages, with registration beginning on April 1st. YMCA's Healthy Kids Day takes place at the Saratoga Springs Branch located at 290 West Ave.
