Gallery Talk: Lorna Bieber

Artist Lorna Bieber will describe the means and motivations by which she creates her photo murals and photo montages of the natural world, featured in the exhibition Forces of Nature. By manipulating iconic images derived from publicly sourced media, she recasts them into dreamlike and elegiac images that feel familiar, even personal, as if a private and personal memory, but are, in fact, the artist's construction.
