This "Paint Out" is a chance for kids, moms, dads, grandparents, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors to join in experiencing the Adirondack tradition of landscape painting. Learn to paint outdoors like Adirondack artist Georgia O'Keefe. The session is designed to nurture expression in young people, help you find your own creativity and have a fun time making art outdoors together. Anyone can learn to draw. You will spend a few glorious hours sketching what you see around you alongside the Hudson River and the picturesque Town of Lake Luzerne and then transforming your chosen vistas into colorful images. No prior experience is necessary. All ability levels are welcome. Children over the age of 8 are welcome, accompanied by an adult. Participants may bring their own art supplies or purchase a starter kit when registering.

NOTE:  Open to young people and their favorite adult. Recommended ages: 8 years old and up.
