We are recruiting volunteers to help remove invasive Water Chestnut plants from Fish Creek. Water Chestnut is an aquatic invasive plant that forms dense floating mats that can negatively impact the environment, economy, and recreational use of the area. This event is weather dependent. Participants should bring their personal watercraft, life jackets, protective gloves, and 5 gallon buckets. Registration is required in advance. There will be a brief training on water chestnut identification and how to pull given by PRISM. Followed immediately by the launch.
