#healthysaratoga Networking, Expo, & Activities at the Saratoga Regional YMCA

The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, along with sponsors The Adirondack Trust Company and BlueShield of Northeastern New York to host a slate of healthy events and activities at the Saratoga Regional YMCA. By combining the Health and Wellness Expo with the HORSE Basketball Challenge and adding a spin class, walk, and rock climbing, this event will prove to be the most health conscious of the initiative.

The HORSE Basketball Challenge, spin class, walk, and rock climbing will take place from 4:00 to 5:15 p.m. The expo and mixer will start at 5:00 and run until 6:30. To choose which event you would like to participate in, please select the option on the registration page.
