Brewery Boot Camp
Brewery Boot Camp with RAW Fitness Saratoga and Shmaltz Brewing Company Taught by RAW Fitness Saratoga owner Jennifer Ricupero, 14-year AFAA Certified Instructor. This class will be a mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility training; including boxing, pilates, yoga, and more! Please bring your own mat, towel and water.
