Art and Yoga
Yoga instructor Kate Patterson will lead participants through a workout inspired by the artwork of Ellsworth Kelly exploring the power of color, shape, and line. Bring your yoga mat, and end the work day with an hour of fitness, relaxation, and inspiration. Namaste!
